Do you have the feeling that you are treading water in your life? 

Do you actually want to change something, but don’t know where to start?

As a coach, I see myself as a personal companion in times of uncertainty and change. Together we figure out your goals wherever happen to be in your life journey.

This „journey“ is as individual as each person. I do not offer package deals, but rather tailor-made options. 

Some destinations are generally considered to be particularly rewarding. However, if this goal does not match your values and interests, you will feel unsatisfied even if you achieve it.  

As a transformational coach, it is not enough for me to pursue a superficial goal.

In the ‚planning phase‘ of your journey, we take a step further and ask questions like these:

  • Why do I want to achieve this goal in the first place? 
  • What is important to me and what is not? 
  • How do I envision achieving the goal?
  • What do I still need to acquire for the journey?

We work on the fact that you no longer perceive obstacles as a blockage (fixed mindset), but rather as an opportunity to learn and grow (growth mindset).

Using proven methods, we discover what skills and abilities you have or still need to turn obstacles into opportunities.

When you set out on your journey, I stay by your side and also support you in finding your way back if you get lost.

I can be an accountability buddy, sounding board, mentor and coach you as you grow and develop into the best version of the self you want to be.

The journey is at least as important as the destination

This is how coaching with me works:

  1. Non-binding introduction at the „Chemistry Call“.
  2. If we are a match, we discuss the coaching agreement and the further cooperation.
  3. The period and frequency of the appointments are determined individually and according to your needs.
  4. Sessions are then held in person or online.

Together we explore what your expectations of the coaching are. In every conversation, we focus on a topic that is particularly important for your life. Step by step, we work closer to your goals.

My coaching methods

You might be wondering what makes a coaching appointment different from talking to your friends about your life goals? 

I’m sure your friends are great listeners too, but the biggest difference is the methodical approach to coaching. 

To better understand your thoughts, create visions for your life or adopt new behaviours, there are several proven tools and aids that have a lasting effect. 

I work with psychological and neuroscientific approaches such as embodiment, NLP, and other systemic, transformative tools.

To do this, I create a safe, respectful, and confidential space where I actively listen. My coaching style is motivational and empathetic, not directive.

I ask the right questions and support you in finding your own answers. You and your life are at the center of every session.

It is a special time you give to yourself.

Coaching cannot replace professional therapy. Therapy is about healing mental illnesses and impairments. Coaching is about working on your desires and goals in life and how you can achieve them.
